“House Bill 77 provides that local state law enforcement may be able to enforce traffic infractions on a small section of the George Washington Parkway in Fairfax county that is eight miles long that currently only has one federal trooper that patrols that. And so this is required for them to be able to enforce that. And then any infractions would go to the local general district court.”
