So 882, Madam Chair, deals with the Innovative Internship Fund and program which already exists and has been very successful in supporting both higher education institutions and employers, private employers, in growing and expanding internship opportunities here in the Commonwealth. The program both provides direct to institution grants to support internship development and provides matching grants directly to employers to support paid internships opportunities. And it's split now between Chev and vedp. There has been some ambiguity and indeed some direct denials dealing with whether local government can be involved both with the institutional grants or the employer Matching Grant fund program.
