But, David, if you'll go ahead and get started. Yes, Mr. Chairman. House Bill 19 from Delegate McClure is really doing two things. First, it's establishing a definition of intimate partner within the code. And it is then adding intimate partner to the section of the code which prohibits the possession or purchase of firearms Following a conviction for assault and battery.
