We're about to spend $2.5 million to create a permanent taxpayer funded litigation unit whose primary purpose is to sue the federal government. Let's call it what it is. It's not about protecting Virginians from some specific unlawful action. This is about institutionalizing political warfare. We have an attorney general, we have a full staff over there.
