So first up, we come to page five. There is an objection for item number one. Item one, number 8H. That item is now before you. It's available to the public and to the body here. We're about to spend $2.5 million to create a permanent taxpayer funded litigation unit whose primary purpose is to sue the federal government. Let's call it what it is.
