Shall we pray? Almighty God, whom we know by many names, fill each of these individuals working here today and this collective body, this House of Delegates, with your right to. To guide their lives and direct their paths. Your sacred scriptures tell us that righteousness is not just one that turns their face to the east or the west, simply outward signs, but is genuine belief, the practice of faith in you. Fill us, O holy One. Draw us closer to you, to one another and to all of creation by thy righteousness. So that these elected officials, your servants, will faithfully guide their neighbors and in all that is right, just and beneficial. And as the need…
