You had a earlier version that took a little bit different approach. This bill provides under the cooperative procurement section of our procurement act to allow cooperative procurement as it relates to roofing, maintenance and repair or restoration. So currently there's cooperative procurement allowed for in artificial turf, track stream restoration and stormwater practices, for instance, as well as playground equipment. This is adding roofing. I typically reserve and a little hesitant to use cooperative procurement on certain things. But when it gets to actual roof maintenance, what we know is that damage occurs because of water infiltration.
