House will come to order. Members, please take your seats. Head page. The House is now in session. All persons not entitled to privileges of the floor, please retire to the gallery. The members will rise and be led in prayer by the honorable Luke E. Torreon, the delegate from Prince William, and remain standing for the Pledge of Allegiance to the flag of the United States of America, which will be led by the delegate from Alexandria, Delegate Heron. Let us pray for this day that you've given to us. Dear God, we're grateful unto you for the bounty of your blessings that you share with us. We give you thanks, we give you glory, and we give you honor. We're here because of the great mercy that you extend to each of us. And as we gather on this day to do the business for the Commonwealth of Virginia, we ask your blessings upon each of these legislators. We thank you for the sacrifices that their family makes so that they can come here and represent 8.8 million Virginians.
