The House Committee on Transportation advanced seven bills on topics ranging from law enforcement parking exemptions to bicycle traffic rules, while continuing two all-terrain vehicle economic development bills to the 2027 session. The most substantive floor action involved HB 365, where patron Delegate McLaughlin amended her own bill after a post-subcommittee conversation with Delegate Bennett-Parker to ensure off-duty officers could not benefit from the proposed law enforcement exemption.
