Requires the department of Motor Vehicles to establish a method by which any individual may make a voluntary contribution to the Virginia Highway Safety Improvement program. House bill. I'm sorry. Senate Bill 309, patron by senator Bukarski. Requires driver education programs to include information about voluntary initiatives for drivers with autism spectrum disorder, including the driver Communication improvement Program, the driver's license indicator option and the registration indicator option. The bill also directs the the board of Education to prepare, establish and distribute instructional materials about these voluntary initiat. Senate Bill 399, Patron by Senator Diggs. Prohibits the license of the licensure of a person as a driver training school instructor for driver education courses for minors if the person has been convicted of certain sex crimes or any offense that requires registration on the sex offender and crime against minors registry. The subcommittee recommends Reporting Senate Bill 41, Senate Bill 309 and Senate Bill 399 on a vote of 10 to 1, 10 to 0 and isomove second. So it moved and seconded to report the bills in block.
