It basically would prohibit any institution that's required to implement the programs under the enslaved Ancestors College Access Scholarship Program from passing the cost on to students. Move to report it's been moved. And second that we report. House Bill 404 members, please cast your vote. That bill reports 22 to 0. Next bill. Mr. Chairman, is House Bill 417. Delegate Guzmans. There is a substitute. Who is the substitute? All those in favor? Aye. The substitute now is identical to House Bill 1333 that was reported from the House in 2022 unanimously.
