Madam Chair, members of the committee, Senate Bill 720. I'd like to thank Tammy McGee for. I don't know whether she's. I thought she was here. Okay. And for being here today to share her story and for bringing this legislation to my attention. She's dedicated her life to making kids safer behind the wheel. She's the founder of the Guido Memorial foundation, created in memory of her son Connor, who was tragically killed in a triple fatality crash in 2019. Since that time, she's worked closely with families, law enforcement and educators and state leaders to advance meaningful traffic safety reforms across the Commonwealth. This bill, quite simply seeks to implement meaningful safeguards to improve transparency, protect minors, and elevate the overall quality of driver education and traffic safety across the Commonwealth.
