The clerk will close the roll. I just want to take a quick moment to welcome all of you to the first county season Town subcommittee number two meeting. I have the pleasure of serving as chair. Before proceeding with today's agenda, I would like to explain some ground rules. As chair, it is my duty to keep the quorum and and decorum and ensure that the subcommittee operates effectively and efficiently.
