It's a bill related to transit oriented housing overlaying district, requires localities to establish one or more transit oriented housing overlaying district covering qualified qualifying areas to permit the construction of higher density housing notwithstanding any ordinances limiting density to single family detached units. The intention of this bill is to help lower cost by increasing the supply of homes adjacent to training stations and bus stops.
