The county, cities and town subcommittee number two meeting will come back to order. First up, we have. We're going to go in the order of the arrival of our patrons. So first up, we have Senator Saleem with Senate Bill 7:17. Thank you, madam Chair. And to the committee, Senate Bill 71 7. It's a bill related to transit oriented housing overlaying district, requires localities to establish one or more transit oriented housing overlaying district covering qualified qualifying areas to permit the construction of higher density housing notwithstanding any ordinances limiting density to single family detached units. The intention of this bill is to help lower cost by increasing the supply of homes adjacent to training stations and bus stops.
