It's good to see you all. We survived and here we are. So now we will welcome our esteemed friends from the Senate as we consider a variety of their policies. But this morning, the policies that are before us are mainly identical bills or bills that we will be conforming as we move forward. So we're trying to get some of those in and out of committee. What we'll do is have council might report some of these, but only when needed. And we'll just run down the list very quickly. Should there be any questions, feel free to chime in. So first we have Senate Bill 19 by Senator Locke, which is identical to House Bill 1499 by Delegate LeVier Bolling. That bill did pass out of the education committee 14 to 7.
