It's Senate Bill 293, patron by senator. Arid the Senate is still meeting, but we think we can probably manage this bill to the best of our abilities in subcommittee. And then the senator, if there are any questions that don't get answered today, the senator would have the opportunity to come before the full committee. But we know housing is planning to meet next and they've got several bills up. So if we can go ahead and handle this here today, that'll keep everybody moving. Again, we'll take testimony today. We'll take questions today. But also want to note that if anything doesn't get answered, we can give the patron the opportunity to come to the full committee, if it reports favorably, of course, to further answer any questions.
