Summaries, blog posts, tweets, and other analysis on this platform are generated using artificial intelligence. While we strive for accuracy, AI-generated content may contain errors, omissions, or inaccuracies. Always verify important information against official legislative records. The Service is not a substitute for legal advice or official government sources.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service
- Scrape, crawl, or use automated means to access the Service without permission
- Misrepresent AI-generated content as official government records
5. Subscriptions and Payments
Paid subscriptions are processed through Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize recurring charges at the rate displayed at checkout. You may cancel at any time through your account settings, and your access will continue through the end of the current billing period. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.
6. Intellectual Property
Legislative hearing recordings and transcripts are public records. Our AI-generated summaries, analysis, and original content are the property of Be On The Record. You may share and reference our content with attribution.
7. Limitation of Liability
The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. Be On The Record shall not be liable for any damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to reliance on AI-generated content. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you have paid us in the preceding 12 months.
8. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
