Whether removing the DOJ form under SB 253 eliminates contact information flow to parents

An unidentified speaker raised concern that removing the DOJ-generated form would eliminate contact information for parents, asking whether the code should still require some contact information be provided. Rosie Morales countered that Title 14, Section 4164 separately and repeatedly requires the DOJ school ombudsperson contact information to be prominently placed on the website and in schools, with the phone number required to be there as well, and the unidentified speaker indicated the answer resolved the concern.
