Let's begin today's meeting by taking a roll call. Attendance of the committee members present. First, I have Senator Brian Townsend, Vice Chair here. Senator Gerald Hocker, probably imminent. Senator Elizabeth Lockman, Senator Russell Huxtable. I'm here. Senator Brian Pettyjohn. And Senator Marie Pinckney is not here yet. And Senator Dave Scoell, myself, Chair. With a sufficient number of members present, the committee meeting will move to the agenda. Our first order of business is the approval of the minutes of January 21, 2026. Members receive copies of the draft minutes via email, and hard copies are in your folders. Do I have a motion? So move. Second. And we have a motion. A second.
