We did not pick the bill up, but we should have. So this is a great bill. It is a list of changes that CDOT compiled of statutory revisions needed to improve clarity and increase efficiency and that means saving money. All changes are technical or minor in scope, intended to reduce confusion and reaffirm original legislative intent rather than shift in any policy.
