It. Okay. This meeting is called to order. This is the hearing for proposed initiative measure 2025 26, number 197 concerning designate sporting goods sales tax revenue for conservation. It is 1:00pm on January 6, 2026, in House Committee Room 0109. We will go around and introduce ourselves for the purposes of the record. So I'm Amanda Little and I am with Legislative Council staff. My name is Pierce Lively. I'm with the Office of Legislative Legal Services. Good afternoon. Tarn Udall. I'm one of the proponents of the initiative. Martha Tierney, council for the proponents. Hi. Erin Citron, the other proponent. Okay. Section 140, 151 of Colorado Revised Statutes require requires the directors of the Colorado Legislative Council and the Office of Legislative Legal Services to review and comment on initiative petitions for proposed laws and amendments to the Colorado Constitution. The purpose of the statutory requirement of the Directors of Legislative Counsel and the Office of Legislative Legal Services is to provide comments intended to aid proponents in determining the language of their proposal and to avail the public of knowledge of the contents of the proposal.
