So I am here to present House Bill 1214. It is a sunset, and we want to continue to license controlled. The Licensing of Controlled Substances Act. The bill is the result of the 2025 sunset review conducted by Dora and the. They found that continued regulation is necessary to protect public safety and health. I think last time I was here, I was also talking about this same subject. So I think we're doing a pretty good job in our state of making sure that people have access and that we're doing the right thing and providing the right kinds of treatments.
