Excuse. Snyder. Here. Mr. Chair. Good morning, everybody. We have two bills this morning. The first one we're going to start with is House Bill 1098 with Senators Frazelle and Kip. Who would like to start. Senator KIP thank you. I have about two hours of opening comments. This bill makes technical updates and clarifications to Colorado's public trustee foreclosure statutes. That's title 38. And the changes improve statutory consistency, modernize procedures and provide cleaner timelines and definitions without altering the underlying foreclosure framework.
