It's okay. Here. Tatone. Here. Mr. Chair. Here. We actually do have a quorum and we've got three bills. We'll start with Senate Bill 42. Who'd like to kick us off? Representative zokai. Thank you, Mr. Chair and committee members, excited to bring Senate Bill 42 forward to you. This is building off of a bill this committee saw last year. We was 173 and and further clarifying our statutes and ensuring we're complying with TABOR by correctly enlisting expenditures. In this bill. We are focused in on collections for another government and damage awards. And just reading from Article 10, fiscal year spending is defined as all district expenditures and reserve increases except as to both those for refunds made in the current or next few fiscal year or those from gifts, federal funds, collections for another government, pension contributions by employees and pension fund earnings, reserve transfers or expenditures, damage awards or property sales. And so what we are doing in this bill is focusing in on those two sections. In collections…
