Every few years, the Colorado County Clerks association proposed legislation to provide technical updates and statutory adjustments to Colorado motor vehicle laws. County clerks are responsible for registering and titling motor vehicles as well as enforcing state laws and regulation in this area. And a lot of counties like the ones I represent, they're in one spot, so you have the clerks on one side and then you got the motor V. And they all working in the same office together.
