And we have three bills on our agenda. We're going to get started with House Bill 1182 by Senators Kip and Rich, who are before us. Who would like to begin? Senator rich thank you, Mr. Chair. This is a sunset bill for the Veterinary and Pharmaceutical Advisory Committee. And this is recommended by the Department of Regulatory Agencies in their report from 2025. And as you might know, as you look at it, it's pretty short. And that sunset would be effective as of September of 2026. And that's pretty much the bill. All right. A true sunset. Senator Kipp?
