And still Good morning committee members. Really appreciate the opportunity to present Senate Bill 9 with all of you today. I am honored to be here with Representative Stewart. Want to give a shout out of thanks to Senator Linstedt and Snyder and also thank the Colorado Nonprofit association for bringing this concern to our attention. This legislation is very straightforward. It provides protection for Colorado nonprofits who are certainly critical in supporting the diverse needs in our communities. And I am very proud to be bringing this issue before you today. In recent months we have seen that some nonprofits have been under revocation of their 501 status at the federal level.
