Who wants to kick us off? Representative Joseph thank you Mr. Chair. Thank you members of the committee. It's a pleasure to be before you today. Representative Stewart and I are presenting House Bill 261109. The bill requires the division of the deaf hard of hearing and the deafblind and the communication services for people with disabilities Enterprise to contract for a study regarding consumer protections related to the use of sign language interpreters in the state. The bill has the list of the requirements for the study including conducting interviews, collecting qualitative data in comparing other state approach to regulating sign language. We were in the health committee last week and today we are here to hopefully pass this bill on to appropriations and we ask for a yes vote. And I know in the finance committee…
