Senator Roberts. Thank you, Madam Chair, and thank you to the Finance Committee. Really glad to be here with Senator Kirkmeyer to present House Bill 1230. This is concerning a very successful and important program in our state, which is the Conservation Easement tax Credit. This is a huge asset to both of our communities, but in many parts of this of our state, all over, across the four corners. Just one example for you. Oak Meadows Ranch is located in Moffitt and Rio Blanco counties in my district, south of the city of Craig in northeast of the town of Meeker.
