Present. Gonzalez. Present. Henriksen. President Wallace. Present. Zamora Wilson. Present. Roberts. Excused. Mr. Chair. Present. All right, we have a quorum. Senator Roberts is presently presenting a bill in another committee. He will join us as soon as he's done in that other committee. Also, Senator Wallace has advised me that she will need to present a bill in committee as well or into the session far enough that this kind of overlap is unavoidable. So if you see members coming in and out as we work through the bill hearing this afternoon, that is why the one item on our agenda is Senate Bill 115. I will be joining Senator Gonzales at the table to present the bill in just a moment. For that reason, Senator Henrickson will be chairing the hearing for bill today. We'll follow the usual provisions. Witnesses will have three minutes to testify. We'll alternate a little bit.
