First, I would like to take this opportunity to welcome Assistant Majority Leader Representative Bacon to the Legislative Audit Committee. Welcome. And our first order of business this morning is attachment A in your packet, which outlines the process that Auditor Hunter went over at the December hearing for electing a new vice chair. Based on the rotation schedule established in the Legislative Audit Committee rules, the new vice Chair will be a Democrat from the Senate. May I please have a motion to nominate a Democrat from the Senate for vice chair? Senator Wiseman. Thanks.
