Reality is there is a disparity between an individual with one lawyer versus an individual, another lawyer. I'm not saying the lawyers are not doing their best. I'm not saying they're not excellent lawyers that are not as paid as much. What I'm telling you is sometimes there is a disparity of a lawyer while he is doing everything equitable, he's doing everything that he's supposed to be doing. It does not mean that another lawyer is not better than them. And the reality is that's how, sometimes that's how this is working. I never said anyone's acting unethical. May I dialogue, Mr. Chair?
