I'm Frank Atwood with as a co sponsor for this initiative. I'm Marty Nielsen, the other co sponsor. Perfect section 140151 of the call to Revise Statutes requires the Directors of Legislative Council Staff and the Office of Legislative Legal Services to review and comment on initiative petitions, proposed laws and amendments to the Colorado Constitution. We hereby submit our comments and questions to you regarding the appended proposed initiative.
