Senate Appropriations moved a full stack of department supplementals to the floor Feb. 18, most on the consent calendar, but split four times along party lines — on the Health Care Policy & Financing, Higher Education and Public Health supplementals and on SB26-005, the immigration-enforcement remedy bill — with Republicans Barbara Kirkmeyer, Larry Liston and Byron Pelton in dissent. A fifth measure, the DORA supplemental, drew a lone 6-1 no from Pelton.
