Mr. Chair. Good afternoon. Good afternoon, everybody, and welcome. We have two bills we're going to hear this afternoon. And we'll start with Senate Bill 92 with our Minority Leader Simpson. Thank you. Thank you, Mr. Chair. Committee. Second time in two weeks in front of this committee. So this is a bill. Senate Bill 92 is about classifications of counties. And when you represent 14 counties, inevitably, I think year after year I've been here, one of the counties seeks statutory change in their classification. This was a first for me, though. One of my counties, Dolores, has asked for to go down in classification, really about managing their financial challenges in Dolores County. So that initiated the conversation. Traditionally, when that happens, I follow up with CCI to find out are there any other counties interested in changing classification. And I set a standard that if I'm going to do this for you, I need a demonstration. You are very public about the request. I want to see a resolution. I…
