I'm here today to recommend the reappointment of Mr. James Martinez to to the State Housing Board. This is not to be confused with the very important but less fun Chaffa Housing Board that will come up behind us as a part of it, but the State Housing Board was created in 1970 to advise the General assembly, the Governor and the Division of Housing on Colorado's housing needs.
