Okay, we are going to get started and I'm going to turn the meeting over to our facilitator because we have an agenda. We're going to work through that. But I also want to say that we are trying to look at ways to make this a little bit more of a conversation and a little bit less of a what we have here, which I'm not really sure what it is. We're going to be looking into maybe changing the location for the next meeting into a space that's a little bit more like a table where we can all sit around and actually be looking at each other and talking back and forth.
