Malika. Excused. He is on his way, though. Just for anyone who is wondering. Sirota. Here. Taggart. Taggart Brown. Madam Chair. Mobley? Here. Okay, we are going to get started and I'm going to turn the meeting over to our facilitator because we have an agenda. We're going to work through that. But I also want to say that we are trying to look at ways to make this a little bit more of a conversation and a little bit less of a what we have here, which I'm not really sure what it is. We're going to be looking into maybe changing the location for the next meeting into a space that's a little bit more like a table where we can all sit around and actually be looking at each other and talking back and forth.
