My name is Caroline Martin with Office of Legislative Legal Services. Hi, I'm Tanya Nathan, Designated Rep. Designated Rep. I'm Martha Tierney, counsel for the designated Reps. And I'm Lindsey Rasmussen, the other Designated Rep. Section 140.1051 of the Colorado Revised Statutes requires the directors of the Legislative Council staff and the Office of Legislative Legal Services to quote, review and comment on initiative petitions for proposed laws and amendments to the Colorado Constitution. We have submitted our comments and questions to you in a memorandum that you received on these initiatives, and we'll go over that in this hearing today.
