Members, we have one item on the agenda today. It's consideration of two year cash request from the University of Colorado Boulder. On my list I have Todd Haggerty, Mike Turman and Assistant. Well, Senior Vice Chancellor Haggerty, Assistant Vice Chancellor Terman, and Assistant Vice President of Budget and Planning Donaldson. All three of you want to come on. Who would like to start us off? I will. Thank you, Mr. Chair and members of the Capital Development Committee, it's a pleasure to be here this morning. I'm Mike Turman, Assistant Vice Chancellor of Design and construction at CU Boulder. We're here to request $122 million of cash funding approval for the renovation of Farrand Hall. The project will renovate the seven story, 380 bed residence hall built in 1948 to modernize the building and renew aging systems. The project will renew OR will address 53.5 million in deferred maintenance. That's 43% of the project cost and will significantly improve the current facilities condition index.
