Senate Bill 154 is a slight modification to the board makeup of the Colorado Channel Authority Board. When created back in 2009, there was a requirement to have four legislators. A requirement to have four legislators. The bill just removes the mandate that that has to be legislators. They can still be legislators that serve. It just removes the mandate that they have to be. So some. In some instances, it's been a little challenging. Legislators time is so busy and hectic. There has been challenges at times getting a quorum at the board meeting. So this was a. It's a little bit of a cost savings, which wasn't the motivation. It was really trying to make the board more efficient and eliminate that kind of quas challenge of meeting a quorum at times.
