Friday, April 3, 2026·20m·▶ Watch / Listen

Legislative Council staff conducted a review and comment hearing on two proposed initiatives — #327 and #328 — that would establish temporary congressional district maps for Colorado's 2028 and 2030 elections, with proponents acknowledging drafting gaps including cross-references to non-existent statutory sections and an absence of a court review deadline. No votes were taken on either initiative and no formal amendments were adopted.
