There are a lot of witnesses today and so expect to have a very robust conversation on this bill and at the outset just want to announce that we're going to do two minute witness testimony so that we can get through everyone and we're going to limit questions on the panels to 15 minutes. I would like to say I'm excited to be here because I'm super excited to talk about the Second Amendment and my constitutional rights. For more than 15 years, the state of Colorado and successive General Assemblies have waged an unrelenting and deliberate assault on the constitutional right of the people to keep and bear arms.
