We will begin with a confirmation for the State Personnel Board and with opening remarks from Rick Dingdinger. Great to see you, sir. Director of the Personnel Board, if you want to kick us off. As you just introduced me, I am the director of the State Personnel Board, and to my left is board member Stacy Worthington. You all have an extensive packet with information about her, but I wanted to highlight three things.
