Andrea Yule, JBC Staff this is figure setting for the Department of Local Affairs. I'll just point you to the overview on page two today. Go ahead. As you can see, the department submitted several requests. Many of them are they show a zero in the table because they are transfers and the transfers don't show in here. But those are budget balancing transfers that will put some money towards general fund balancing. There were a couple of reductions proposed. There are three reductions proposed that our staff initiated and there is one request for an increase related to the CORA administrator on net. You can see in the general fund column here there's a slight general fund decrease, but if you factor in all the transfers, there would be $24.2 million transferred from Dola to the general fund. And most of that is coming from the proposal for severance tax transfers. So I won't summarize all of the requests here because we'll talk about each one.…
