We have a quorum, so we'll begin our business today. Our first line of business, we have two confirmations. We're going to start with confirmation from the University of Northern Colorado. It's great to see you again, Chair Kolker and members of the committee, thank you for this opportunity to talk to you. My name is Andy Feinstein and I'm president of the University of Northern Colorado. And I'm here to strongly support the reappointment of of Annette Martinez to the Board of Trustees for the University of Northern Colorado. I have known Annette for more than four years, and I can say without hesitation, she represents the very best of unc. She is a proud and accomplished alumna, earning her bachelor's degree in biological sciences. But her connection to this university goes far beyond her diploma.
