Present. So, Representative Soper? Here. Great winter. Here. Roberts. Here. Here. Thank you all for your patience and waiting for us to get started. It is nice to see the rain on a Water Resources Committee day. I wanted to let everyone know that's here in the room, as well as the committee and those who may be listening, that there is an update to the agenda that just occurred this afternoon at 2pm where we were going to have a presentation on illegal ponds. That presentation is canceled for today. Not quite ready for prime time. We do recognize that the issue needs attention and discussion will be continuing over the interim with interested parties. Anyone can certainly follow up with me via email if you're interested in learning more on that. So that item is off the agenda.
