We will hear the joint Rule 25 presentation from the Joint Budget Committee representatives. Appreciate you all taking the time. We'll also hear the Smart Government act presentations from the Department of Military and Veterans affairs and the Department of State in accordance with section 27203, Colorado Revised Statutes and public testimony of on the Department of Military affairs and the Department of State. All of the materials for today's presentations can be found in your box folder for members and on the committee's website for members of the public. Just a couple of quick flags. So we have 30 minutes with each of the departments, 15 minutes for presentations and 15 minutes for questions. Because of this tight timeline, please focus on your most urgent questions and on the question itself rather than a soliloquy around it.
