Here. Linstedt. Excused. Liston. Here. Rich. Here. Exum. Excused. Mr. Chair. Here. Thank you. So our first bill to hear today is Senate bill or House Bill 1308 with sponsor Senator Ball. We'll give him a moment to get set up and whenever you're ready. Senator Ball, why don't you dig right in and tell us your plans and about 1308. Thank you, Mr. Chair. Members of the committee. So last week you heard testimony, and then we indefinitely postponed House Bill 1411. And today I'm here on behalf of a similar bill, House Bill 1308, which Senator Mobley is also on, but you couldn't join us here today, so I've got my best substitute next to me. House Bill 1308 is very similar to 1411. So I just want to say a few words about it, but then I will be asking this committee to postpone it indefinitely, and we won't be hearing witness testimony on this today.
