Here. Mr. President, let's do this. Madam speaker here. We do have a quorum. So we are going to start today with a review of opening day for the 2027 legislative session. Director Dicco thank you. Madam Speaker. Members of the committee, this is a continuation of our discussion from the last meeting. Just as a brief catch up last time we talked about how it's necessary for the General assembly to convene prior to the inauguration of the governor and the other elected officers statewide officers taking their positions. That means that we can't automatically default to the second Wednesday which has been the practice at least the last three years. Instead need to start on a different day. Prior to that Tuesday, we had a discussion about how that could be done. We'll need to pass a resolution. And so that's at the end of the day that would be our ask is that you vote on a resolution for my office to draft based on the start date on…
