Pelton to talk about wind energy facilities, light mitigating Technology, House Bill 1420. And I'm not sure were we gonna have Senator Kocher online or. No, I think you're on your own. But I believe in you. So begin whenever you're ready. Please tell us about your bill. Thank you. Thank you, committee for hearing this bill. In 2022, we passed Senate Bill 22110 to support the use of FAA approved red lights on wind towers. At that time, what the bill did is the lights would be off until an aircraft was approaching, got within three to five miles, and then they would go to blinking until the aircraft was passed. And if there was a problem with it, then the default would just be the red blinking lights that passed at that time. And so now we're here with this bill because it makes an…
