Let's be nice to miss Shipley today on our final day, we're going to start with Senate Bill 72, and then we have Senate Bill 190 afterwards. Let's, let's begin with Senate Bill 72. Rep. Espinoza. Thank you, Mr. Chair. Thank you. Members of the committee, you've heard most, you've heard a lot about 72, but you may not recall this was we incorporated this into House Bill 1281, which was an extreme indifference bill. This is the bottom third of that bill. Basically, it does not include vehicular homicide, but it does provide additional remed to address the critical problems that are happening in circumstances where people die as a result of an automobile crash. For the families, we are proposing amendments to the statute that will increase some penalties regarding to the conduct of engaging in bad conduct with regard to a motor vehicle. And…
